LEWISTON – A downtown couple accused of participating in a local sex ring last month faces further charges after the grand jury handed up indictments this week.

Stacie Fisk, 32, and James Fisk, 51, face multiple counts of sexually abusing a minor, furnishing alcohol to a minor and possessing child pornography.

A third Lewiston woman was also indicted in the case, accused of molesting a 14-year-old girl at the Fisks’ 85 Horton St. apartment. Angela Holmes, 21, was indicted on a charge of sexual abuse of a minor.

The Fisks were arrested last month as police investigated reports of child pornography involving a network of people. Investigators said they have seized computers, photographs and videos of adults and children in sexually explicit photos.

Police said the children shown in the confiscated pornography were as young as 2 years old. The girl the Fisks are accused of molesting is the same 14-year-old Holmes is alleged to have abused.

And the investigation into what may be a larger child pornography ring began when that girl reported that she had been sexually abused by the Fisks, police said.

In addition to telling investigators that she had performed sexual acts with the couple, the girl gave police a CD containing a graphic video of an adult performing sexual acts on a child who appeared to be 2 years old.

According to court papers, Stacie Fisk has signed a written statement acknowledging that she and her husband had sexual contact with the 14-year-old victim on three occasions

The grand jury on Wednesday indicted Stacie Fisk on three counts of sexual abuse of a minor, five counts of furnishing alcohol and one count each of sexual exploitation of a minor and possession of sexually explicit materials. She is accused of having sex with the teenage girl and on at least one occasion, photographing the sex act.

James Fisk was indicted on five counts of sexual abuse of a minor, five counts of furnishing alcohol, two counts of disseminating sexually explicit material, and single counts of sexual exploitation of a minor and possession of child porn.

The Fisks remained jailed on Thursday. A warrant was issued for the arrest of Holmes. A third person arrested, Nicholas Richard, 25, of 20 Howe St., was not indicted by the grand jury.
