I am writing to encourage my constituents in Buckfield, Hartford, Sumner and South Paris to support Terry Hayes for my position as state representative for the 2005-2006 term, since I am unable to run again.
For the past eight years, I have worked hard to make our state government responsive to our needs. I am certain that Terry will carry on that work. That is why I approached Terry last year and asked her to run.
Terry Hayes is a lifelong Maine resident and has lived in our district for 16 years. She has an outstanding record as a member and past president of the SAD 39 school board for the past 12 years.
Terry is honest, hardworking, intelligent and articulate. She will speak out persuasively on our behalf. Please join me in voting for Terry Hayes on Nov. 2.
