I’ve been wondering why that bunch of neocon, would-be authors, bought and paid for by Republican money and blasted by Sen. John McCain, have leveled their attacks on former service people, such as Sen. John Kerry, but have not undertaken a similar search on the record of their macho, AWOL hero who just happens to be sitting in the White House. Let’s see them do a book on President Bush’s hidden, lost or nonexistent service record.

And when they get that done, perhaps they will explain why the Bush tax cut has helped the rich (surprise, surprise) at the expense of the poor (and that’s according to the Congressional Budget Office), and why we’ve lost almost 1,000 soldiers and Marines in Iraq – with no end in sight. And what ever happened to the much vaunted goal of getting bin Laden “dead or alive.” Isn’t this president the one who said “Bring ’em on” while other peoples’ kids were getting killed?

This is what Florida and the Supreme Court did to us. How sick can it get.
