LISBON – Lefty’s Having Fun is the 2004 champion of the Central Maine Horseshoe League. Following are the results from final week 12: Shoe Slingers over Cat 4’s, 5-2; Lefty’s Having Fun over Pin Pounders, 5.5-1.5; Big Dogs over Ring Dings, 5.5-1.5; Who’s The Boss over Lefty’s Leftovers, 4-3.

On Sept. 11 there will be an all-day event starting at 1:30 with a “luck of the draw” horseshoe tournament, with fun throwing games as well. A pig roast will begin about 6:00. Everyone is welcome, league members and non-members alike.
