AUBURN – Lee and Martha Richards of East Winthrop are announcing the engagement of their daughter, Laura Elizabeth Richards of Boston, to Robert O. Jacques of Boston, son of Robert and Jan Jacques of Auburn.

Miss Richards received a bachelor’s degree in finance from the University of Vermont and is a master’s degree candidate at Simmons College. She is a manager at Fidelity Investments.

Mr. Jacques received a bachelor’s degree in finance from Bentley College and is a master’s degree candidate in finance at Boston College. He is a manager at Fidelity Investments.

A June wedding is planned in Kennebunkport.
