JAY – The Western Mountain Women’s Connection invites area women to join them for “A Stained Glass Medley” on Tuesday, Sept. 7, at LaFleur’s Restaurant, for lunch from 11:30 a.m. to 1 p.m. or for dinner from 6:30 to 8 p.m.

The special feature will be “The Beauty of Stained Glass” presented by Cindy Curtis of Cindy’s Sunsations, Wilton.

The speaker will be award winning singer and songwriter Diane Muise of Auburn. She has been a keynote speaker for many women’s groups and she draws on personal experience as she identifies with her audiences. Her programs are highlighted with humor and insight. Muise has authored a book, “God Takes the Broken Pieces of Our Lives and Makes a … Stained Glass Window.”

Muise is also a professional singer who tours across the United States, performing more than 150 concerts a year. A winner of numerous national awards for her singing and songwriting, Muise has recorded nine solo albums in Nashville and a “live” concert album in Auburn.

The cost is $11 including tax and gratuity. Those who find they are unable to keep the reservation should cancel as soon as possible.

The Western Maine Women’s Connection is sponsored by Stonecroft Ministries, an international organization, having no membership or dues, and is inter-church. All women of the area are invited to attend.
