We have the executive branch, including the president, the Senate whose members are elected for six years and the House of Representatives for two years. The Supreme Court is not elected; judges are appointed for life.

In order to give the Supreme Court help, Congress has created the federal courts. Judges are appointed by the president and ratified by Congress.

Three times, President Clinton stopped the bill banning partial birth abortion, blocking the will of the people. When President Bush approved and signed the bill to stop partial birth abortion, before the law could take effect there were already federal lawsuits against that bill. The courts have stopped the ban.

That is called judicial tyranny.

Judges in California and Massachusetts have ruled in favor of same-sex marriage. They have gone against the will of the people, and against the will of all major religions in the history of the world

Are our federal judges becoming dictators over the two other branches of our government and the will of the people?

All Christians should support the approval of a constitutional amendment banning same-sex marriages before our judicial branch turns our great country into a sewer. Stand up and be heard before it’s too late.

We let them stop prayers in schools and our children are killing themselves and committing mass murders. May God have mercy on America.
