AUBURN – Cecile J. Albert, 93, formerly of Lisbon, died Saturday evening at the Odd Fellows Home.

Born in Lewiston, a daughter of Joseph and Armanda Lebel Chouinard.

She attended local schools. She married Emile Albert June 21, 1935. He died April 19, 1970.

Cecile made her living as a homemaker. She was a member of Cercle St. Sacrement, St. Ann’s Sodality of St. Ann’s Church of Lisbon, Cercle d’Youville, Lewiston Senior Citizens, Horizon 55, Covenant 50, St. Croix Senior Citizens, and Holy Family Seniors Group.

Cecile is survived by a son, Leo E. Albert, Sr. and his wife, Rena, of Lewiston; grandchildren, Leo E. Albert, Jr. and his companion, Rebecca Hood, of Auburn, Corena Weldon and her husband, Steven, of Auburn, Susan Albert, of Bristol, Conn.; two great-grandchildren, Courtney and Garrett Weldon; a daughter-in-law, Rena Albert, of Bristol, Conn.; and many nieces and nephews.

Cecile was predeceased by a son, Raynold Albert, on Sept. 25, 1968.
