The following are to be arraigned on Nov. 2 in Rumford District Court:

• Joseph Turner, 22, of Mexico, on a Lewiston District Court warrant for unpaid fines and fees on a charge of theft, on Sept. 7. He was released on $508 bail.

• A 13-year-old Dixfield girl, on a charge of furnishing a place for minors to consume alcohol, on Sept. 5. She was released to a guardian.

• Ronald White, 44, of Franklin Annex, on a charge of disorderly conduct, on Sept. 4. He was released on $100 unsecured bail.

• Christopher L. Sheldon, 19, of Rumford, on a charge of criminal trespass, on Sept. 4. He was released on $150 unsecured bail.

• John J. Donahue, 46, of Rumford, on a charge of operating under the influence, on Sept. 4. He was released on $500 unsecured bail.

• Brian M. Gallant, 31, of Rumford, on a charge of operating under the influence, on Sept. 4. He was released on $500 unsecured bail.

• William F. Scott, 28, of Clinton, Mass., on charges of operating under the influence and operating after suspension, on Sept. 3. He was released on $150 cash bail.

• Anthony R. Scott, 22, of Peru, on two Somerset County warrants, one for failure to appear on a charge of operating after suspension, the other for failure to appear on a charge of theft by unauthorized taking or transfer; several Franklin County warrants on multiple charges of failure to appear; and several Oxford County warrants for failure to pay fines on 16 different charges. He was taken to Oxford County jail in Paris.
