FARMINGTON – The following cases were recently closed in 12th District Court:

Daniel A. Nash, 40, of New Portland was charged with burglary of a motor vehicle and aggravated criminal trespass on Feb. 14 in New Sharon. Probable cause was found for both charges.

Christopher Q. Nault, 35, of Farmington was charged with obstructing the reporting of a crime Dec. 29 in Farmington. A 180-day sentence was suspended and he was placed on probation for one year and ordered to make restitution of $65.72. For a charge of escape Dec. 29 in Farmington, a 180-day sentence was suspended and he was placed on probation for one year and ordered to make restitution of $65.72.

Christopher Q. Nault, 35, of New Sharon was charged with driving under the influence Jan. 17 in Farmington. He was fined $400 and his license was suspended for 90 days. A charge of driving without proof of financial responsibility Jan. 17 in Farmington was dismissed. For a charge of failing to stop for an officer Jan. 17 in Farmington, all but 48 hours of a 180-day sentence was suspended, and he was placed on probation for one year and ordered to make restitution of $65.72. For a charge of violating condition of release Jan. 17 in Farmington, he was sentenced for 48 hours.

Benjamin J. Newton, 26, of Whitefield was charged with tampering with a witness, informant, juror or victim April 20 in Farmington. The case was dismissed. For a charge of terrorizing April 20 in Farmington, all but 30 days of a 364-day sentence was suspended and he was placed on probation for one year.

Craig A. Nickel, 25, of Jay was charged with failing to notify of motor vehicle accident April 24 in Jay. He was fined $250.

Matthew Nickerson, 19, of Kingfield was charged with driving under the influence, three counts of unlawful possession of scheduled drug and a charge of driving without a license Feb. 14 in Kingfield. All five charges were transferred to Superior Court.

Matthew Nickerson, 19, of Kingfield was charged with the illegal transportation of drugs by a minor Feb. 14 in Kingfield. The case was dismissed. For a charge of being a minor transporting liquor Feb. 14 in Kingfield, he was fined $100 and his license was suspended for 30 days.

Joseph W. Nida, 27, of West Farmington was charged with being a sex offender who failed to register or update information April 21 in Farmington. He was fined $200.

Lee M. Nile, 49, of East Wilton was charged with driving a watercraft without safety equipment June 29 in Lang Township. He was fined $100.

North Center Foodservice of Augusta was charged with rule violation for insecure adjustable axles March 11 in Wilton. The company was fined $100.

Timothy Nurse, 29, of Wilton was charged with refusing to submit to arrest or detention July 25 in Farmington. He was sentenced for 30 days and his probation was partially revoked.

Timothy Nurse, 29, of Wilton was charged with driving under the influence April 17 in Farmington. He was fined $600, sentenced for seven days and his license was suspended for 18 months. For a charge of driving a vehicle without a license April 17 in Farmington, he was fined $100.

Michael C. Nuzzo, 44, of Jay was charged with allowing a minor to possess liquor May 9 in Jay. He was fined $1,000 and a 180-day sentence was suspended.

Thomas A. O’Keefe, 27, of Farmington was charged with driving under the influence April 3 in Farmington. The case was transferred to Superior Court.

Bruce O. O’Clair II, 23, of Warren was charged with theft by unauthorized taking or transfer April 24 in Kingfield. He was fined $100.

Thomas R. Obomsawin, 57, of North Stratford, N.H., was charged with passing a stopped school bus March 5 in Farmington. The case was transferred to Superior Court.

Oldcastle Precast Inc. of Auburn, Wash., was charged with rule violation for missing or broken brake components March 24 in Wilton. The company was fined $100.

Cara Oleksyk, 20, of Bangor was charged with being a minor transporting liquor Feb. 29 in Kingfield. Her license was suspended for 30 days and she was ordered to perform 15 hours of community service.

Burchard L. Oliver, 44, of West Farmington was charged with stealing drugs and with criminal mischief Feb. 12 in Farmington. Both charges were transferred to Superior Court.

Cynthia R. Oliver, 40, of Livermore was charged with negotiating a worthless instrument Feb. 1 in Farmington. The case was dismissed.

Victor Oliver, 20, of Farmington was charged with burglary of a motor vehicle May 28 in Jay. He was sentenced for four days and his probation was partially revoked. For a second charge of burglary of a motor vehicle May 28 in Jay, he was sentenced for four days and his probation was partially revoked.

William G. O’Neill, 43, of Stratton was charged with assault Feb. 13 in Eustis. The case was transferred to Superior Court.

Nicholas Osgood, 20, of East Dixfield was charged with driving under the influence May 7 in Farmington. He was fined $600 and his license was suspended for 90 days.

John M. Paris, 40, of Readville, Mass., was charged with driving a snowmobile under the influence and with failing to comply with duty to submit Feb. 1 in Rangeley. Both charges were transferred to Superior Court.

Andrew T. Parker, 21, of Madison was charged with theft by receiving stolen property March 10 in Carrabassett Valley. He was fined $250.

Howard P. Parlin, 29, of Phillips was charged with assault Nov. 7 in Avon. The case was filed.

Kelvin D. Parlin, 46, of Farmington was charged with failing to extinguish fire April 17 in Farmington. He was fined $50 and ordered to make restitution of $632 and perform 10 hours of community service. Ryan J. Parsons, 21, of Farmington was charged with driving under the influence March 11 in Chesterville. He was fined $400 and his license was suspended for 90 days.

Donald W. Pelham, 19, of Phillips was charged with failing to stop snowmobile Jan. 3 in Strong. The case was dismissed. For a charge of driving a snowmobile on a public way Jan. 3 in Strong, he was fined $300.

Adam S. Perro, 19, of Biddeford was charged with being a minor having false identification Dec. 31 in Kingfield. The case was dismissed.

Samuel J. Peters, 20, of N. Chelmsford, Mass., was charged with the sale and use of drug paraphernalia March 10 in Kingfield. The case was dismissed. For a charge of possession of marijuana March 10 in Kingfield. He was fined $200.

Zachary P. Petit, 21, of South Freeport was charged with theft of services April 17 in Carrabassett Valley. He was fined $100 and ordered to make restitution of $56.

Ronald L. Pettis, 44, of Millis, Mass., was charged with driving under the influence Jan. 1 in Rangeley. He was fined $400 and his license was suspended for 90 days. A charge of refusing to submit to arrest or detention Jan. 1 in Rangeley was dismissed.

Stephen C. Philbrick, 50, of Oquossoc was charged with an out of door burning violation May 20 in Rangeley. He was fined $100.

Jason H. Pierce, 25, of Livermore Falls was charged with burglary Oct. 15 in Wilton. Probable cause was found.

John M. Pillsbury, 40, of Phillips was charged with allowing a dog to be at large April 4 in Phillips. He was fined $75.

Cea J. Pitcher, 20, of New Vineyard was charged with two counts of cruelty to animals March 12 in Farmington. Both charges were transferred to Superior Court.

Jennifer L. Pizzi, 20, of Farmington was charged with the sale and use of drug paraphernalia Jan. 8 in Kingfield. She was fined $100. For a charge of possession of marijuana Jan. 8 in Kingfield, the case was filed.

George M. Poland, 34, of Rangeley was charged with assault Feb. 14 in Rangeley. The case was transferred to Superior Court.

Mark J. Pollard, 41, of Gray was charged with violation of rule unspecified Feb. 29 in Jay. He was fined $100.

Neil Pollis, 49, of Thomaston was charged with failing to extinguish fire May 28 in Chain of Ponds Twp. He was fined $100.

Larry N. Pond, 28, of Wilton was charged with assault March 13 in Wilton. All but 48 hours of a 60-day sentence was suspended, and he was placed on probation for one year and ordered to make restitution of $532. Aaron M. Porter, 25, of Stratton was charged with attaching false motor vehicle plates Jan. 27 in Stratton. He was fined $100.

Jessi A. Pratt, 19, of Weld was charged with the sale and use of drug paraphernalia March 5 in New Sharon. Pratt was fined $100. For a charge of possessing marijuana March 5 in New Sharon, Pratt was fined $200. Charges of being a minor transporting liquor and illegal transportation of drugs by a minor March 5 in New Sharon were filed.

Paul P. Pullen, 59, of Moscow was charged with rule violation for unsafe/defective vehicle April 28 in Wilton. He was fined $500.



David R. Quinn, 21, of West Buxton was charged with unlawful trafficking in scheduled drugs and with criminal forfeiture of property March 13 in New Vineyard.

Carlton H. Race, 82, of Farmington were charged with driving after suspension Jan. 31 in Farmington. The case was filed.

Christopher C. Rackliff, 26, of Farmington was charged with unlawful trafficking in scheduled drugs, two charges of unlawful possession of scheduled drug and criminal forfeiture of property Feb. 5 in New Vineyard. All four charges were dismissed. For a charge of unlawful possession of scheduled drug Feb. 5 in New Vineyard, he was fined $400.

Jerri Rackliff, 36, of West Farmington was charged with driving under the influence April 24 in Farmington. Rackliff was fined $400 and license was suspended for 90 days.

Eric T. Rainey, 22, of Windsor was charged with driving under the influence March 27 in Farmington. He was fined $400 and his license was suspended for 90 days.

Jason R. Reckards, 24, of Dennisport, Mass., was charged with driving under the influence Jan. 19 in Farmington. He was fined $400 and his license was suspended for 90 days.

Kevin T. Reed, 36, of New Sharon was charged with being a habitual motor vehicle offender May 7 in Wilton. Probable cause was found.

Michael J. Reid, 43, of Eustis was charged with terrorizing Sept. 29 in Eustis. He was sentenced for 60 days and his probation was partially revoked.

Keith R. Williams, 20, of Farmington was charged with speeding 30 plus mph over speed limit April 3 in Wilton. He was fined $400.

Charlotte C. Williamson, 59, of New Vineyard was charged with driving under the influence Oct. 17 in Farmington. She was fined $400, and a 90-day sentence was suspended. She was placed on probation for one year, and her license was suspended for 90 days.

Jason T. Williamson, 20, of Farmington was charged with aggravated furnishing of scheduled drugs June 15 in Farmington. The case was transferred to Superior Court.

Trinity Wilson, 28, of Dixfield was charged with the sale and use of drug paraphernalia and with possession of marijuana March 5 in Wilton. Both charges were filed.

Jason G. Wing, 28, of Strong was charged with assault Feb. 14 in Rangeley. The case was transferred to Superior Court.

Peter V. Winslow, 42, of New Sharon was charged with indecent conduct March 15 in Farmington. The case was transferred to Superior Court.

Kerra L. Wohlleb, 20, of Bath, N.H., was charged with disorderly conduct March 28 in Farmington. She was fined $100.

Kerra L. Wohlleb, 20, of Lyman, N.H., was charged with driving under the influence April 10 in Farmington. She was fined $400, sentenced to Androscoggin County Jail for 96 hours and her license was suspended for 90 days.

Woodpecker Logging Inc. of North Anson was charged with rule violation for missing or broken brake components March 24 in Wilton. The company was fined $100. For a charge of violation of fuel use identification decals regulation March 24 in Wilton, the company was fined $250. For a charge of failing to have vehicle inspected March 24 in Wilton, the company was fined $70. For a charge of failure to register vehicle March 24 in Wilton, the company was fined $100.

Christopher B. Worthley, 20, of Strong was charged with theft by unauthorized taking or transfer Jan. 24 in Farmington. The case was dismissed.

Wyman Trucking of Madison was charged with rule violation for missing or broken brake components March 24 in Wilton. The company was fined $100.

Michael A. York, 45, of Waterville was charged with violating protective order and with violating condition of release April 15 in Jay. Both charges were transferred to Superior Court.
