RANGELEY – The town of Rangeley Parks and Recreation Department is sponsoring a Senior Over 50 Fall Foliage Trip on Friday, Oct. 8. A free bus ride will be held to the Balsams, Dixville Notch, N.H., for a buffet lunch. The meal costs $24.84.

The bus will leave the Chamber of Commerce parking lot at 9 a.m. and return to Rangeley around 4 p.m. This trip is open to all adults over 50.

Riders to meet

NEW SHARON – The New Sharon Area Riders will meet at 7 p.m. Thursday, Oct. 14, at the Cape Cod Hill School library, Cape Cod Hill Road.

There will be no meeting on Thursday, Sept. 23, so members can attend the Farmington Fair.
