BRUNSWICK – Harry W. Chetley Jr., 79, of 17 Woodland Ave., Lisbon Falls, died Tuesday morning, Sept. 21, at Parkview Hospital.

Born June 3, 1925, in Richmond, the son of Harry W. Sr. and Eldora Oliver Chetley, he was educated in Richmond schools.

On Nov. 8, 1952, he married Jean B. Hanson. He worked as a machinist for U.S. Gypsum in Lisbon Falls prior to retiring in 1990.

He was a member of Lisbon Falls Baptist Church. He enjoyed church services and prayer meetings, reading, traveling and visiting his children, grandchildren and close friends.

Survivors include his wife of Lisbon Falls; daughters, Pamela Boyll, of Concord, N.H., and Karen Dise and her husband, James, of Castalian Springs, Tenn.; grandchildren, Matthew and Jordan Boyll and Tessa, Michael and Dustin Dise; a sister, Dorothea Merrill, of Milford, Conn.; a brother, Kenneth Chetley and his wife, Yvonne, also of Milford, Conn.; and several nieces and nephews.
