Buckfield used to be a nice little town with very nice helpful people in it. Then, some out-of-staters moved in with some problems, some reasonable and others not so reasonable. Then problems rose out of disagreements with town officials and with others, trying to divide the town.

Some are putting words in others’ mouths, words these people would normally never use or understand.

There are others who have lived in this town all their lives, who also have a right to express their ideas and concern, but to resort to calling people thieves, liars and say officials are not for the townspeople, it is wrong. The majority of the people OK the doings of the town officials.

Freedom of speech is the law. It is too bad these rights are putting a big black eye on the town of Buckfield, its people and officials. This is from one person who does care.
