Don Thibodeau of Fryeburg deserves high praise for his new business idea to create Maine distillers of vodka using his Maine potatoes (Sept. 20). Our Maine economy depends on encouraging small business development in every nook and niche, plus maintaining the businesses we have.
As a candidate for state House District 97, I have visited over 3,000 homes and businesses, including Thibodeau’s Green Thumb Farms in West Fryeburg in the upper Saco River Valley.
Yankee ingenuity has done it again.
