Dear Sun Spots: I have been searching all summer at flea markets, lawn sales, the want ads and various other ways, and cannot find what I have been looking for. Would anyone have a spinning wheel they no longer want, or use? I don’t want it for antique purposes. I’d like to have one to learn to spin on. I really don’t want to spend a lot of money on a new one and find out it’s not the thing for me. Would anyone have one they no longer use for a low price? You can contact me at (207) 353-2665 or e-mail me at maxwell_04250@yahoo.com. Thank you. – Nona Costello, No Town.

Dear Sun Spots: Several years ago, I used to knit children’s sweaters, using the Knit-o-Graph patterns. It was difficult then to find different places that sold these, but now it is impossible to find them. I had several patterns, but they are gone (who knows where). Now I would like to find some more of them. I would appreciate any and all patterns if anyone has any and could make me a copy of them. (Some had clowns, cats, dogs, elephants and all kinds of patterns on them). If some kind people would copy them for me and let me know, I will pay postage for them. Thanking you all in advance. You can contact me at ejdunham@hotmail.com or at (207) 562-8859. – Eleanor Dunham, Dixfield.
