RUMFORD – The following cases were closed recently in 11th District Court.

Dianna L. Berube, 26, Bethel, charged with operating under the influence on July 1, found guilty, fined $500 and license suspended for 90 days.

John R. Brownrigg, 21, Chamcook, charged with failing to have a fishing license or permit on Aug. 14, waived, fined $68.

Jason Eastman, 25, Bridgton, charged with operating under the influence on Feb. 28, 2003, dismissed.

George H. Heath, 62, Calvert City, Ky., charged with failing to have a fishing license or permit on Aug. 8, waived, fined $68.

Lief McCole, 24, Harrison, charged with assault on April 13, 2000, dismissed.

Alcide G. Roy, 70, Berlin, N.H., charged with failing to display a lake and river protection sticker on Aug. 7, waived, fined $100.

Rene Therrien, 26, Mexico, charged with violating a protective order on Sept. 16, found guilty, sentenced to 48 hours.
