LEWISTON – Staci J. Shedd has been named an assistant vice president in the Direct Banking Department at Banknorth Group Inc. in Lewiston.

A customer quality manager, she will continue to be responsible for developing and managing her department’s customer support function, and establishing Direct Banking as a key component in problem resolution and tracking within Banknorth.

Shedd joined Bank-north earlier this year. She is a resident of Chelsea and a 1995 graduate of Bowdoin College. A native of Augusta, Shedd is a 1991 graduate of Cony High School.
