RUMFORD – The following cases were closed recently in 11th District Court.

Robert A. Narduzzo, 46, Syracuse, N.Y., charged with driving a motor vehicle 30-plus mph over the speed limit on June 15, dismissed.

Sherman T. Owens Sr., 45, Rumford, charged with theft of lost, mislaid or misdelivered property on July 12, found guilty, fined $200 with $400 restitution.

Amy Mae Rawlings, 19, Lewiston, charged with theft of lost, mislaid or misdelivered property on July 10, found guilty, fined $200 and $400 restitution.

Brandi L. Rowe, 26, Rumford, charged with allowing a dog to be at large on Aug. 16, adjudicated, fined $75.

Matthew J. Roy, 19, Rumford, charged with operating an unregistered ATV on July 30, waived, fined $100.

Richard J. Russum, 19, Bethel, charged with failing to make an oral or written accident report on Aug. 10, found guilty, fined $250.

Susan J. Rzewuski, 43, Colchester, Conn., charged with operating watercraft without safety equipment on July 25, waived, fined $100.

Sebago Dock Co., Naples, charged with permitting unlawful use on July 10, dismissed.

David G. Warucm, 51, Kerhonkson, N.Y., charged with violation of an art lure in fly fishing only rule on Aug. 5, waived, fined $100.

Eric R. Westleigh, 18, Rumford, charged with violation of worms in fly fishing only rule on July 20, waived, fined $50.

Christopher Allen, 20, Otisfield, charged with imprudent operation of watercraft on Aug. 15, waived, fined $100.

Leon Lee Billings, 26, Rumford, charged with assault on April 7, found guilty, fined $250.

Ryan Blaisdell, 23, Rumford, charged with violating condition of release on Sept. 19, found guilty, sentenced to 24 hours.

Anthony T. Chickering, 29, Brunswick, charged with assault on Jan. 19, dismissed.

Cross Excavation, Bethel, charged with a defective steer control component rule violation on Aug. 9, waived, fined $100.

Stacey Dolloff, 19, Rumford, charged with allowing a minor to possess liquor on May 18, charge filed with no cost.

Brian J. Gardner, 22, Mexico, charged with possession of marijuana and sale and use of drug paraphernalia on May 13, first charge dismissed; second charge adjudicated, fined $100.

Peter M. Gordon, 26, Bethel, charged with cruelty to animals on June 1, dismissed.

Andrew Korhonen, 43, Rumford, charged with assault on Aug. 30, 2003, probation revocation, sentenced to 60 days and probation partially revoked.

Scott B. Lane, 25, Bethel, charged with failure to register a vehicle on Aug. 6, waived, fined $100.

Brandon S. Palmer, 22, Bethel, charged with operating after suspension on May 5, Diminimus, not enough charges to bring charges.

Terrill L. Parker Jr., 32, Oxford, charged with theft by unauthorized taking or transfer on May 6, 2003, dismissed.

Pine Tree Paving Inc., South Paris, charged with an unsafe/defective vehicle rule violation and an inadequate suspension rule violation on Aug. 25, both charges waived, fined $500 on first charge; fined $100 on second charge.

Deanna M. Ryerson, 25, Bethel, charged with cruelty to animals on June 1, charged filed with no cost.

Troy N. Ryerson, 36, Bryant Pond, charged with disorderly conduct on May 14, found guilty, fined $250, sentenced to six months with all suspended and one year probation.

Nathan D. Swan, 19, Rumford, charged with possession of marijuana and possession of liquor by a minor on May 11, first charge dismissed; second charge adjudicated, fined $200.

Phillip Therriault, 19, Rumford, charged with two counts of terrorizing, and harassment by telephone on April 20, all charges dismissed.

Rene Therrien, 26, Mexico, charged with assault on July 19, probation violation, sentenced to 100 days and probation partially revoked.

Bryan J. William, 42, Farmington, charged with violating a protective order on Jan. 11, possession of fireworks on July 6, and operating under the influence and violating a protective order on July 7, found guilty on first charge, sentenced to 30 days; second charge dismissed; found guilty on third and fourth charges, fined $400 and license suspended for 90 days on third charge; sentenced to 30 days on fourth charge.
