Gervais, 19, Auburn, charged with two counts of criminal mischief on March 29 and theft by unauthorized taking or transfer on April 1, first charge dismissed; found guilty on second and third charges, sentenced to 30 days with all suspended and one year probation on first charge; sentenced to 30 days with all suspended, one year probation and $276 restitution.
