BETHEL – Two new subdivision applications will go before the Planning Board on Wednesday.
The first, submitted by Locke Mountain Real Estate Development LLC, is for the Mountain Brook Estates subdivision. The development is proposed for a site on Chandler Hill Road.
The second, submitted by John and Patricia Thurston, is for the Paradise Pines subdivision on Paradise Road.
The board will also consider plans for a lumbering repair shop, which were submitted by Don Bennett.
In addition, a review will continue on plans for the Mountain Valley subdivision on Taylor Smith Road and the Will View subdivision on Will View Road.
