MEXICO – Funeral services for James E. Hanson were held Saturday at the Mexico Congregational Church with the Rev. Virginia Snapp Cunningham officiating. Musical selections were “Amazing Grace,” “Look at UA,” sung by Tim and Marie Anne Hanson, “Here I Am Lord,” sung by Rev. Cunningham, and “Joyful Joyful We Adore Thee.” Mrs. Cindy Bohren was pianist.

Words of remembrance were given by the Rev. Ronald Ashworth. Pall Bearers were Troy Hanson, Dennis Hanson, Michael Hanson, Jeffrey Hanson, Casey Gray, and Thomas Dickson Jr. Committal services were conducted by Rev. Cunningham.

Interment was at Greenwood Cemetery, Dixfield. Arrangements were under the direction of Meader and Son Funeral Home, 3 Franklin St., Rumford.
