LIVERMORE FALLS – Selectmen will discuss the results of the Appeals Board hearing when they meet at 6:30 p.m. Monday at the municipal building courtroom.

The hearing, on an appeal filed by Wayne Parker Jr. on the Planning Board’s decision to deny his site plan for an adult book and video store, is scheduled for 2 p.m. Monday afternoon, also in the former courtroom.

Parker’s application on the controversial issue was denied as he showed no legal interest in the 54 Depot St. property, which is owned by his father.

His grounds for the appeal is that he is being treated unfairly, referring to what he calls a typographical error on the application that should have been for a year, not a week.

The town is looking for another member for the Appeals Board and anyone interested should contact the town office.
