AUBURN – The Auburn Ski Association is planning for its annual Ski Swap the weekend of Nov. 20-21. This year’s event will be held at Auburn Middle School. The actual swap will be open to the public on Sunday, Nov. 21 from 9 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. Items to be sold can be dropped off on Saturday from 1-5 p.m. only. The event has expanded to include more than just alpine and cross-country ski equipment. It includes snowboard, skates and hockey equipment, and a wide selection of winter clothing and accessories. In addition, there will be vendors displaying new products. A silent auction is also planned for Sunday.

The non-profit Auburn Ski Association provides funding for several youth programs, including the Auburn Middle School ski team, the Edward Little High School ski team, and Maine Winter Special Olympics. The Association also provides college scholarships to deserving high school seniors.
