LEWISTON – Announcement is made of the engagement of Laurie Leighton and Arron Botts, both of Lewiston.

Miss Leighton is the daughter of Madeline Leighton of Augusta and Carroll Leighton of Kents Hill. She received a bachelor’s degree in accounting and is employed as staff accountant at Central Maine Healthcare in Lewiston.

Mr. Botts is the son of Bruce and Toni Botts of Phoenix, Ariz. He attended the Institute of Diesel in Arizona, Gateway Community College in Arizona and an electrical school in Arizona. He is an electrician for E.S. Boulos in Portland.

A May wedding is planned.
