LEWISTON – Aurore Michaud, 87, formerly of 95 Webber Ave., Lewiston, died early Sunday morning at St. Marguerite d’Youville Pavilion following a battle with Alzheimer’s disease.

She was born St. Epiphane, P.Q., the daughter of Ignase and Julie (St. Pierre) St. Pierre.

Mrs. Michaud was a member of Holy Cross Church and a member of the Ladies of St. Anne.

She had worked in the local textile industry until her retirement.

Survivors include one brother, Edmond St. Pierre, of Connecticut; one sister, Alexina St. Pierre, of Lisbon; and many nieces and nephews.

She was predeceased by her husband, Azerie Michaud, who died March 7, 1991; three sisters, Marianna Ouellette, Julia Morin and Marie Michaud; three brothers, Desire St. Pierre, Lionel St. Pierre and Leo St. Pierre.
