LEWISTON – Lucie Dube, 96, of 102 Campus Ave., died Sunday, Oct. 24, at Ste. Marguerite d’Youville Pavilion.

She was born at St. Agathe, Feb. 14, 1908, the daughter of Clovis and Marie Ringuette Dube.

She was educated in St. Agathe schools and was employed as a housekeeper for Msgr. Dicarree and later for Rev. Joseph Carrier for many years.

She was a longtime member of the former St. Mary’s Church and was a devoted worker and supporter of numerous missionary works.

She is survived by many nieces and nephews.

She was predeceased by two sisters, Sophie Ringuette and Mary Pelletier; and four brothers, Paul, Victorie, Henry and Thomas.
