BOSTON (AP) – The Boston Celtics placed forward Justin Reed, center Michael Stewart and guard Delonte West on the injured list on Monday, two days before the regular season opener against Philadelphia.

Reed has a left hip pointer, Stewart has knee tendinitis and West has a broken right thumb.

The moves leave Boston with 12 players on the active roster.
