FARMINGTON – Moselle M. Dubord, 72, a resident of Otis Street in Livermore Falls, died Tuesday morning, Nov. 2, at Orchard Park Nursing Home, where she had been a patient for six months, following a courageous battle with ALS.
She was born on Oct. 6, 1932, in Livermore Falls, the daughter of Elzear and Blanche Bibeau Boucher and attended the Livermore Falls schools.
On Oct. 28, 1957, she married Norman Dubord at St. Rose of Lima Church in Jay. They made their home and raised their family on Otis Street in Livermore Falls. Mr. Dubord passed away on Oct. 6, 1987. Mrs. Dubord was a devoted wife, mother, grandmother and homemaker all of her life.
She was a communicant of St. Rose of Lima Church in Jay. She will be remembered as a very giving person who always looked forward to spending time with her family and attending her grandchildren’s many sporting events.
She is survived by three sons and their wives, Gary and Deborah Dubord, of Vienna, Robert and Mavis Dubord, of Jay and Mark and Holly Dubord, of Livermore; two daughters and their husbands, Ruby and Robert St. Pierre, of Livermore and Lisa and Scott Bilodeau, of Livermore Falls; two sisters, Irene Castonguay and her husband, Roger, of Jay and Blanche Judd, of Livermore; a brother, Robert Brochu and his wife, Julie, of Livermore Falls; and 12 grandchildren, Joan and Nolan Dubord, Alan and Kelley St. Pierre, Eric and Adam Poulin, Jenna and Marlee Dubord, Bryce and Denton Bilodeau and Anneka and Alison Dubord.
She was predeceased by her husband, a daughter, Mary Poulin, and a grandson, Joshua Bilodeau.
