RUMFORD – Bill and Bev Gallant announce the opening of KLAS A Catering in the River Valley.

All foods are homemade, made in a new specialized kitchen using the freshest ingredients. KLAS A Catering specializes in Italian cuisine, but accommodates whatever people want. The goal is to provide clients with unique and delicious foods and to make celebrations memorable.

The company can service businesses, weddings, private parties and will coordinate weddings if requested. Pre-set menus are available, but accommodations can be made for a variety of budgets.

Bev Gallant has been cooking since she was 12 years old and learned Italian cooking from her mother and grandmother. She also has traditional Acadian recipes. Breads, pies, pastries, and candies can be made to order.
