STARKS – Church of Christ Presbyterian will sponsor an Alpha Program beginning Nov. 9. The 10-week program is designed to answer people’s questions about Christianity. The program is free and space is available. More information may be obtained by calling Ann Marie at 696-1064.

Blacksmiths meeting

WILTON – The Western Maine Blacksmith’s Association will meet at 7 p.m. Tuesday, Nov. 9, at the Wilton Historical Society. At the end of the meeting, the group will adjourn to the Forge Room for demonstrations and work. Visitors are welcome. For more information phone Bill Reid at 778-2325.
