• Adam Turner, 21, of Peru, on a charge of operating under the influence, at 12:15 a.m. Oct. 29. He was also summonsed for speeding.

• Timothy Smith, 36, of Andover, on a charge of operating under the influence, at 8:50 p.m. Oct. 28.

• Christopher Lill, 32, of Mexico, on a Massachusetts arrest warrant, on Oct. 4. He was taken to Oxford County Jail and later retrieved by Mass. police.

• Michael Prue, 18, of Mexico, on charges of failure to stop for an officer and operating an all-terrain vehicle on a public way, on Oct. 3.

• Joelleann Cuvais, 55, of Mexico, on a New York arrest warrant on a charge of theft, at 5 p.m. Oct. 2. She was taken to Oxford County Jail and later retrieved by New York police.

• Arnold McDermott, 38, of Mexico, on a charge of assault, at 12:40 a.m. Oct. 2. He was released on bail and is to be arraigned on Dec. 28.

• A 13-year-old Mexico boy, on a charge of assault, at 12:40 a.m. Oct. 2. He was released to parents and is to be arraigned on Dec. 28.

• Gilbert Barnett, 36, of Dixfield, on charges of operating under the influence and eluding a police officer, at 12:50 a.m. Oct. 1 on Roxbury Road in Mexico. He was released on bail.

• Michael Dawson, 22, of Auburn, on a charge of possession of a useable amount of marijuana, on Oct. 26.

• Glen Knox, 19, of Canton, on charges of operating after suspension, possession of a useable amount of marijuana and following too close, on Oct. 23.

• Heather Boulanger, 24, of Rumford, on charges of failure to report an accident and failure to make notification to owner of property damage, on Oct. 23.

• Kristien Suldan, 19, of Mexico, on a charge of theft from Wal-Mart, on Oct. 19. She is to be arraigned on Jan. 11.
