FARMINGTON – Isabelle C. Mayo, 91, of Farmington, died Wednesday evening, Nov. 10, at Edgewood Living and Rehabilitation Center.

Born in Farmington, July 27, 1913, the daughter of George Tyler and Lucy (Shaw) Currier, she was a graduate of Farmington High School and later married Timothy Mayo.

In addition to being a homemaker, she also had been employed in the housekeeping department at Franklin Memorial Hospital, Farmington. She attended the Fairbanks Union Church and enjoyed crocheting, knitting, crafts and tending her flower gardens.

Survivors include her husband, of Farmington; one daughter, Lorraine “Lori” Zimmerman, of Green Valley, Ariz.; one brother, Charles Henry Currier and his wife, Marilyn, of Farmington; one grandson, Richard James Zimmerman, of Green Valley, Ariz.; and several nieces, great-nieces and nephews.

She was predeceased by brothers, George Tyler Currier II and Richard Currier.
