JAY Funeral services for Michael Calden of Jay were held Tuesday morning from the Wiles Remembrance Center, 308 Franklin Rd. (Rte. 133), Jay, with his uncle, Pastor Donald Smith and Rhonda Wiles-Rosell co-officiating. His mother, father, brother and sister gave personal eulegies. A candle was lighted, in memory of those family members who had predeceased him and in honor of family and friends who were present in thoughts and prayers. Pallbearers were Jeff Calden, Keith Hatch, Brian Sweet, Steve Marcotte, Mark Given, Scott Heikkinen, Ryan Madore, Jason Madore and David Calden. Burial was at the Jay Hill Cemetery. A reception, hosted by the Jay Baptist Church, was held in the church vestry, following services.
