NASHUA, N.H. (AP) – Police arrested a 31-year-old man Monday and charged him with second-degree murder after the death of a Nashua man.

Investigators say Shawn Pringle repeatedly hit and killed Steven Cappelmann, 48.

Authorities found him dead Sunday at his apartment building. Residents say the door to his residence was broken open.

Police investigated overnight before making the arrest.
