President Bush was re-elected for this reason: The heart and soul of America turned out the vote.

People of faith, “right-wingers” as the liberals like to call them, people who are concerned about family values and moral issues, who arent ashamed to practice their faith, had enough courage to speak out by casting their vote.

John Kerry kept touting that his political party and the Hollywood heavyweights that stood by him were the “true” heart and soul of America.

This could not be further from the truth. My husband and I, along with our three children, volunteered at the Republican headquarters in Lewiston on Election Day. Right next door, a Kerry supporter from out-of-state rented space. He could have rented any other building in the Twin Cities area, but he chose to use this one probably in hopes of intimidating Republicans and to use scare tactics on voters. His volunteers held signs emblazoned with lies and other derogatory remarks against President Bush, while kicking and punching around punching bags representing him.

The morning following the election, Kerry supporters wondered why they lost. What they did find was that, they, in fact, were not the true heart and soul of America. “Right-wingers” are stronger than ever now, and they aren’t going anywhere. They are committed to bringing moral values and decency back to the United States of America.
