JAY – Selectmen are scheduled to consider a sewer variance and to hold a discussion on regional services with Livermore Falls selectmen Monday.
The sewer variance was requested to let residences connect to former Selectman Parker Kinney’s sewer line before that line is connected to the town line on Old Jay Hill Road in North Jay, Town Manager Ruth Marden said.
The meeting begins at 6 p.m. at the Community Building.
Livermore Falls town officials would like to set up a joint meeting with Jay selectmen to discuss regionalization of some services, Livermore Falls selectmen Chairman Ken Jacques said.
Also on Monday’s agenda are acceptance of the budget timeline and town meeting date. The timeline begins Dec. 17 and culminates with an April 25 town meeting.
