LEWISTON – The Androscoggin County Chamber of Commerce will host a seminar on advertising Wednesday, Dec. 1, at the Lewiston-Auburn College.

Titled “Getting the Most Out of Your Advertising Dollars,” the three-hour seminar will be led by Dick Gleason of Gleason Media Services.

The interactive program focuses on ways for small businesses and organizations with limited advertising budgets to get noticed. Topics covered include setting an advertising strategy and determining which media to use, constructing a message to build awareness of the business or organization, and acquiring free advertising.

The seminar will be held from 8:30 to 11:30 a.m. at Room 170, 51 Westminster St., Lewiston. Registration is required. The fee is $25 for members, and $50 for non-members. People may register by calling the Chamber at 783-2249.
