Some ways to rescue your waistline after a Thanksgiving binge.

-Figure out what makes you overeat and avoid those things.

-Avoid buffets and other situations that encourage mindless nibbling.

-Use a smaller plate – especially if you’re someone who usually cleans your plate.

-Make a list of activities other than eating that help you beat the holiday blues.

-Don’t attend any holiday events on an empty stomach; have a healthy snack first.

-When you overdo it, use that bloated feeling as motivation to moderate yourself next time.

-Eat breakfast every day, even if you stuffed yourself the night before.

-Look at yourself naked in the mirror every day.
