MEXICO – Dorothy M. (Storer) Cote, 77, of Mexico, died on Dec. 12, at the Central Maine Medical Center in Lewiston with her two daughters at her side.

She was a resident of 11 Worthley Ave. and had lived in Mexico all her life.

She was born in Mexico on March 21, 1927. She was the daughter of Ernest Sr. and Yvonne Auger Storer.

She was a homemaker and loved spending time with her family and friends. She enjoyed the simple things in life, like card games, sitting outside on the deck, and going out to eat with her husband.

She was married on Sept. 1, 1951 to Roland J. Cote, her beloved partner who survives of Mexico.

Other survivors include two daughters and one son; Linda and her husband, Richard Blackman, of Waldoboro; Deborah and her husband, Dow Lamkin, of Gray; and Rodney Cote and his wife, Regina, of Rumford; five cherished grandchildren, Ian Theriault of Auburn, Christopher and Ryan Cote of Rumford, Corrie Lamkin of Gray, and Clifford Blackman of Waldoboro; two sisters who live in Rumford, Anita Arsenault and Lenora Rideout; and a brother and sister-in-law, John and Yvette Cote of St. Petersburg, Fla.

She was predeceased by a brother, Ernest Storer Jr.; and two sisters, Rita and Theresa Storer.

She will be sadly missed by her loving family.
