FARMINGTON – Planning Board members will consider the application of Mark Berry and Timothy Ladd to build a five-lot subdivision off Farmington Falls Road at their meeting today.
Minutes from a site walk that occurred Nov. 29 will be reviewed as will the plans. Comments from the public about the project will also be heard.
Evangeline Tartt and Sandra Webber will be heard regarding a 24- by 14-foot addition to a trailer at 127 Franklin Ave. The application is “after-the-fact,” according the committee’s agenda.
Greg Roux will be heard on a post-improvement soil erosion control and storm water management application regarding improvements to the parking area and outdoor storage area at Signworks at 218 Fairbanks Road.
Also on the agenda are two older items that have been on the docket before.
Rick Collins will present site review and soil erosion control and storm water management applications for a building site at 269 High St. Collins wants to build a four-unit apartment building on the site at the corner of High and Maple streets where a two-unit building was destroyed in a fire almost a year ago. A legal matter is pending on the development.
Loretta Bard may present detailed plans to the board for a parking lot at 121 Pleasant St. Bard presented plans created by E.L. Vining in September but property abutters Daniel and Josephine Fisher had concerns about drainage issues. The planning board instructed Bard to provide a more comprehensive plan to address those concerns before they would consider the application. The engineering report had not been completed by the last meeting.
