• Dec. 21, 7:35 a.m. – A 1995 Ford Explorer, driven by Tanya Mclean, 35, of Andover, rolled over due to icy road conditions on Andover Road near Duke’s Auto. Mclean, who was uninjured, was able to get herself out of the totaled sport utility vehicle.

• Dec. 19, 10:10 p.m. – An Erchles Street resident reported that someone had damaged a side mirror and chrome piece on the trunk of her car. Damage was estimated at $250.

• Dec. 18, 11 a.m. – A Penobscot Street resident reported that someone had cut his string of outdoor Christmas lights overnight. Damage was estimated at $100.

• Dec. 17, 12:42 p.m. – A pickup truck with a plow collided with a 2000 Chevrolet sedan at the intersection of Somerset Street and Lincoln Avenue. The pickup truck, which was driven by Kevin Kaulback, 24, of Dixfield, was not damaged. The Chevrolet sedan driven by Patricia Arsenault, 75, of Rumford, sustained $1,200 in damage. There were no injuries.

Arrests

All of the following are to be arraigned on Feb. 1 in Rumford District Court:

• Jesse L. Merrill, 19, of Mexico, on a charge of operating after suspension, at 5:30 p.m. Dec. 19 on Bridge Street. He was released on $200 unsecured bail.

• Kenneth W. Dunn, 19, of Rumford, on a charge of operating after suspension, at 4:05 p.m. Dec. 19 on Main Street. He was released on $700 unsecured bail.

• Kimberly Theriault, 26, of Mexico, on a charge of operating after suspension, habitual offender status, at 3:50 p.m. Dec. 17 on Andover Road.

Summonses

All of the following are to be arraigned on Feb. 1 in Rumford District Court:

• Randy Poulin, 23, of Hartford, on a charge of operating after suspension, at 12:55 p.m. Dec. 21 on Franklin Street.

• Brian Carrier, 25, of Mexico, on a charge of operating under the influence, Dec. 19 on Route 2.
