POLAND SPRING – Fred and Shirley Huntress of Poland Spring are announcing the engagement of their daughter, Laurie Anne Huntress of Bartlett, N.H., to Joshua James Hounsell of Bartlett, N.H., son of William and Sue Hounsell of North Conway, N.H.

Miss Huntress is a graduate of the University of Vermont, College of Medicine, and is employed as a family physician at Saco River Medical Group in Conway, N.H.

Mr. Hounsell is a graduate of the University of New Hampshire and is employed as a carpenter/plumber.

The wedding will be March 22 at St. John, Virgin Islands.
