Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday and Saturday (and Thanksgiving Day) are for the 120,000 or so licensed hunters. Sunday is for the other 920,000 or so other Maine residents who want to simply take a walk, go birding or just be outdoors – safely. That is not asking too much.
I would join those who post their land if Sunday hunting is passed, and property that my family has allowed hunting on for over 150 years will no longer be available for hunting any day of the week.
