AUBURN – Linda Beaulieu of Coldwell Banker Millett Realty has earned the professional designation of certified home marketing specialist, according to the agency’s owner, Sharon Millett. Beaulieu recently completed a Coldwell Banker University program.

The course provided Coldwell Banker sales associates with an understanding of the importance that property merchandising plays in ensuring a profitable and timely sale.

Beaulieu has been in real estate for nine years, and affiliated with Coldwell Banker Millett Realty for four years. A native of Lewiston and a graduate of the University of Southern Maine, Beaulieu lives in Lewiston and is an active member of the National Association of Realtors, the Androscoggin Board of Realtors and the Maine Association of Realtors.
