LEWISTON – Alan Francias DelMastro, Jr., 30, of Lewiston, died Thursday morning, Jan. 27, at Central Maine Medical Center.

He was born Oct. 10, 1974, in Willimantic, Conn., to Alan Sr. and Sylvie DelMastro.

Alan will eternally be loved by his beautiful wife, Trudi, his precious daughter, Elisabeth and his unborn “Jelly Bean.”

Alan joined the military in 1994 soon after graduating high school in Merrimack, N.H., where he grew up.

Sgt. DelMastro has been in the United States military nearly nine years, and recently returned from serving 20 months in Iraq with the 94th MPCO during Operation Iraqi Freedom.

Alan attended the Freeport Seventh Day Adventist Church, and will forever be a part of the Lord’s army.

Alan was married Nov. 27, 2004, and during the ceremony, promised his daughter a lifetime of love and protection. He had a passion for the outdoors, but above all, he has a love for all the precious moments with his family.

He is survived by his loving sister, Jessica; and grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. Roger Lanfond and Mr. and Mrs. Vincent DelMastro.
