SOUTH PARIS – Bernice S. Blossom, 91, of South Paris, died Tuesday, Feb. 1, at Market Square Health Care Center.

Born in South Paris, Oct. 10, 1913, the daughter of Edward and Rubira Wiley Sharon, she graduated from Norway High School.

She had been employed at Pratt Whitney, building motors for jets.

She was a member of the Norway Baptist Church.

She enjoyed knitting and music.

She married Ken Blossom on Sept. 17, 1932, and he passed away on Nov. 23, 1991.

She is survived by two sons, Ken Blossom Jr. and his wife, Claire, of Punta Gorda, Fla., and Robert Blossom and his wife, Eleanor of Homosassa, Fla.; a daughter, Margaret Koenig of Orange City, Fla.; a daughter-in-law, June Blossom of East Haven, Conn.; 13 grandchildren; 28 great-grandchildren; and six great great-grandchildren; and a sister, Rubira Crockett of Oregon.

She was predeceased by a son, Lawrence; a sister, Rosina Denning; a grandson; and two great-grandsons.
