LEWISTON – Jeanne M. Bissonnette, 77, of 193 Lincoln St., died Thursday, Feb. 3.

She was born in Van Buren on Feb. 24, 1927, the daughter of Exias and Emily (Beaulieu) Beaulieu and had been a resident of this community most of her life.

She was married to Bertrand P.E. Bissonnette who died on April 6, 1992.

She was employed at Libby Mill as a Spinner for 43 years before her retirement.

She was a former member of St. Mary’s Parish, member of the past time Club and the Twenty M Club.

She enjoyed sewing, reading and was devoted to her children and grandchildren.

She is survived by one son Paul Bissonnette of Minot; two daughters, Arline Greenlaw and her companion, Bob King, of Lewiston, and Dianne Boutin and her husband, Paul, of Turner; two brothers, Donald Beaulieu of Van Buren, and Guy Beaulieu of California; five sisters, Cecile Rooks of Connecticut, Yvette Rossignol of Van Buren, Marie Brantley of Florida, Germaine Youngblood of Florida, and Joan Beaulieu of Augusta; eight grandchildren; and eleven great-grandchildren.

Besides her husband she was predeceased by three sisters, Kathleen Sirois, Aline Beaulieu and Teresa Beaulieu; and one brother, Chanel Beaulieu.
