In response to Rolande Caron’s Jan. 31 letter, perhaps she’s right. Maybe we should approve gay marriage, but, since we’re on a roll, let’s include polygamy. The polygamists also have rights, so why discriminate against them? How about letting fathers marry daughters? Where does it end?

We have killed over 40 million babies in the past 30 years. How about their rights?

That gay marriage is even being entertained in the media and public policy debates today illustrates just how demented our culture has become.

A judge in Texas had a display of the Ten Commandments removed from the courthouse. What’s next, the Bible in his courtroom? Perhaps the phone book could be used for swearing in.

The person who has deprived millions of children of saying a prayer in schools has disappeared from the face of the Earth. I wonder when God will say, “Enough is enough”?
