The tax reform bill – what a direct lie. It was a welfare transfer payment bill designed to favor old and retired Mainers.

In it, basically all seniors and retired people with bloated real estate valuations and lower incomes will see their property taxes capped per household income. So they get a massive break. The missing difference will come from me, and anyone who is not retired and still working.

In fact, the law, if people would read it and ask their legislators pointed questions, is hostile toward young people.

If people can’t afford their mill rate and are retired, they should vote against Democrats and then there will be less government and less taxes.

What the older generation has done is steal from the younger generation and wonder in the same breath why they are all leaving Maine, permanently.

It is that simple.
