LISBON – Jim and Nancy Lamson of Lisbon are announcing the engagement of their daughter, Jennifer L. Lamson of North Yarmouth, to Paul LaPlume of Brighton, Mass., son of Raymond and Jeannine LaPlume of Lisbon Falls.
Miss Lamson is a 1997 graduate of Lisbon High School and a 2001 graduate of Salve Regina University in Newport, R.I. She is currently employed at Falmouth Middle School.
Mr. LaPlume is a 1997 graduate of Lisbon High School and a 2001 graduate of Worcester Polytechnic Institute in Worcester, Mass., with a bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering. He is also a 2003 graduate of Boston University, with a master’s degree in electrical engineering. He is currently studying for his master’s degree in teaching at Boston University and is teaching at Boston University Academy.
The wedding will be held on June 18 at the Lisbon United Methodist Church.
